We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time"

  • To ensure that your order reaches you in our standard time (6 to 12 working days) and in good condition, we will ship through standard courier agencies . Note: If we will ship through postal service then it may take more time.
  • If you are a new user then, our executive will contact you and confirm your order (For perfect delivery our executive will confirm you your exact delivery address and pin code). If your Postal code is not serviceable or we are not able to send the material then, you have to give us another address and pin code.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, click some pictures of the package and write instruction to delivery person (The package is tampered or damaged in courier so, I will not accept the order) and send us a mail at [email protected] mentioning your order reference number and attached pictures or call our Customer Care. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.
  • Delivery time mentioned on the product, cart page or website is estimated. Actual delivery time is based on the availability of a product, weather condition and address where the product is to be delivered and courier company's rules. Note: If your address is Out of Delivery Are location then, you must self-collect the parcel from the courier office. We will provide a courier office address and number. Also, our customer care executive will keep in touch with you.

  • We try our best to get your product delivered, you have purchased the product from our platform to be delivered to you, we will try our best to deliver, our courier partner will try their best to deliver, but for some reason, if the product may not be delivered or it is delayed, and due to that if any loss occurs to you note that GREEN Limited is not responsible.
  • We at GREEN Limited Assume that the customer is 18+ and is responsible for the usage of any products. If you are under eighteen, you may only use the Services with the prior consent of your parent or legal guardian.

All disputes are subject to Port Moresby jurisdiction only

Cancellation Policy
  • If a customer changes their mind and wants to cancel the order, then they must contact our Customer Care executive. The cancellation will not be valid until it is confirmed by our respective department.
  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if the product is not dispatched. Once the order is shipped, customer cannot cancel the order.
  • If the customer has placed an order through Online Payment and cancels the order, then we will process for a refund within seven working days.
NOTE:

If you have done an online payment and you are cancelling the order, the payment gateway charge of 3% will be deducted from your refund amount (Before Shipped). If you have ordered and the product is in transit (shipped) we will charge 3% and courier charge (Forward + Return) from you

Return/Refund Policy
  • A refund will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing an order. If the product is damaged, Duplicate or quantity varies.The return will be processed only if:
    1. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
    2. The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
    3. The product is returned in its original condition.
    4. Customer must take an unboxing video.

  • It is your responsibility to take out print of the manifest that GREEN Limited provides, while returning the product To request a refund, simply mail us at [email protected] with your purchase details within seven (7) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email/message after ordering) and optionally tell us why you are requesting a refund we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are being processed after customer support team validate and analyse issue, but it will only show in your bank account only when the product comes back to our office and our support team qualifies for refund. Once the refund is processed, we will intimate you through EMAIL and SMS with the refund transaction details.
  • Complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The refund is only possible if the product is unused, undamaged, and is with the original packaging and with the receipt and the invoice. Only when the product reaches our premises we will refund you, your amount as decided.
  • NOTE: For a refund, the name of the customer must be the same as registered account name and bank account name. Customer must send a cheque photo or passbook photo for a refund along with one identify proof. Make sure you are always updated of the terms and conditions, please review this website periodically. Disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Port Morsby.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
